Roman Britain – Royal Mail Stamps
Special stamp Issue

Royal Mail in the United Kingdom have today (18th June 2020) produced a special stamp series on the theme of “Roman Britain”.

There are eight stamps in the collection each featuring images of various important Roman sites and artefacts from around the UK and have been created with the collaboration of the British Museum.

Unfortunately, there are no Roman London sites or artefacts featured, so you’ll just refer to other pages on this site for more information on that topic.
